The present general terms of online purchase will be applicable between the company PRODUCTOS DEPORTIVOS, S.A. (hereinafter "LAKEN"), and any person who makes an online purchase through the website www.laken.es.
The interested parties are understood to be SPORT PRODUCTS, S.A. and any customer that makes a purchase through the website www.laken.es.
Users voluntarily acknowledge the veracity of the data they provide, and accept the responsibility and obligations which arise from placing an order.
The interested parties agree that any interaction between them will be regulated exclusively by these general terms and conditions, which are accessible on the website www.laken.es, and must be, in any case, previously accepted by the customer. In case of any modification made by Laken, the conditions to apply to each customer will always be those accepted at the time of making the purchase.

The present information forms and regulates the conditions of use, the limitations of responsibility and the obligations that every user of the web page published under the domain www.laken.es assumes and commits to respect.
Prices published on the website www.laken.es are indicated in euros and include VAT. The prices do not include shipping costs.
The Retail Price of every item will always be indicated at the moment in which the customer completes the shopping cart. Customers will always be informed of the final price of their purchase before validating the payment. Prices indicated for each article are binding for the store in which the purchase is made (in this case, laken.es).
Shipping costs of every order are calculated in real time, based on the weight and dimensions of the customer's shopping basket, as well as its delivery address, as a rule.
In any case, shipping costs will be recalculated at any time when making the purchase through the web, and will appear at all times in the customer's shopping basket, clearly differentiated from the price of the item(s) included in it.
Customers will be informed of the final price of their purchase, including shipping costs, before making the validation of the payment.
Delivery types and times
For purchases made through this website, Laken only makes shipments to Spain and Portugal, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
For online purchases, Laken undertakes, based on the purchase order made by the customer, to take every request into consideration and proceed, when corresponding, to validate / confirm totally, partially or null the purchase, in order for the customer to accept the sale and formalize it.
Laken undertakes to notify the customer of the status of his order, through e-mail, telephone call (in case Laken has not been able to confirm the availability of all the items included in the order) and / or keep updated the order status in every customer’s personal account (accessible by clicking on "My account").
If the purchase confirmation occurs on all of the selected products, Laken will contact the customer via email, informing him of the products purchased as well as the shipping costs and the status of the order. Laken will file the electronic document in which the sales contract is formalized, and this will be accessible by the customer through “My Account” link. The purchase agreement will be formalized in Spanish.
If some of the selected products are not available, the purchase confirmation will only include those on stock and Laken will contact the customer informing him of the products finally included in the purchase via e-mail, telephone and / or updating the order in the customer’s account (which he accesses by clicking on "My account"). Laken will file the electronic document in which the sales contract is formalized, and this will be accessible by the customer through “My Account” link. The purchase agreement will be formalized in Spanish.
If none of the selected products are available, the purchase will not be confirmed and Laken will contact the customer informing him of the impossibility of confirming the purchase via e-mail, telephone and / or updating the order in the customer’s account (which he accesses by clicking on "My account").
The customer may freely withdraw from the contract within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the product; that is, from the perfection of the contract.
The customer has the possibility at all times to renounce to the purchase, even after www.laken.es has confirmed it, by sending an e-mail to email@example.com, resulting in the refund of the amount previously charged, as long as the customer's order has not already been sent at the time of receiving the cancellation request.
If the order has already been sent, the customer must wait for the order to be received and then send it back. Shipping charges will be met by the customer. Once the order returns to Laken’s warehouse, and its perfect condition is checked, the customer will receive the refund of the purchase, excluding shipping costs, if there where any.
Laken will only make refunds of products purchased at www.laken.es and through the same payment method used by the customer to place the order.
To request the return of the whole order or a part of it, the customer must contact Laken Customer Service by phone (+34 968 880 850 - Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, national call price) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
For the reimbursement of the amount corresponding to the returned item(s), it is essential to keep its original packaging in perfect condition.

- It will not be declared or implied that LAKEN has authorized any Hyperlink or that it has supervised or assumed in any way the Content offered or made available to the Web page in which the Hyperlink is established.
- The Web page in which the Hyperlink is established may only contain what is strictly necessary to identify the destination of the Hyperlink.
- The Web page where the Hyperlink is established will not contain illicit information or content, contrary to morality and generally accepted good customs and public order, nor will it contain contents that are contrary to any third party rights.
According to the current laws and the following conditions, Laken guarantees all the products that distributes.
In case of lack of conformity regarding the product, the customer has a period of two (2) years from the moment of delivery to make his rights effective. However, only within the six (6) months following the delivery of the purchase will be presumed that the lack conformity already existed at the time of delivery, corresponding to the customer to prove, in the remaining eighteen (18) months (that is, from the seventh month to the end of the two years) that the good was non-conforming, in accordance with article 114 and following of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The consumer has a period of two (2) months since he became aware of the lack of conformity with the good to communicate it to Productos Deportivos, S.A.
During the time the consumer is deprived of the product, the calculation of the term of the guarantee is suspended. For example, if the repair of an object lasts fifteen (15) days, the guarantee period will end 15 days later than originally planned.
The shipping costs generated by the processing of the product warranty will be covered by Laken in those cases in which it is assumed that the lack of conformity exists in the purchased good. It will always be under the instructions provided by Laken, upon request and acceptance.
If the product sent does not present the specified fault or it is not covered by the guarantee, it will be returned to the customer with pick-up and delivery charge. Laken could also invoice the labour used in the verification and / or test of the allegedly damaged article.
The consumer may claim if the purchased good does not match the description made by the seller, does not have the qualities that the consumer has seen through a sample or model, does not serve the uses to which was ordinarily intended, is not suitable for the specific use required by the consumer and accepted by the seller or does not present the expected quality and performance, especially taking into account public statements (advertising, brochures, labelling ...) about their characteristics made by the seller or the manufacturer.
Productos Deportivos, S.A. will not be responsible for possible damages that may result from misuse. The guarantee will not be valid in case of incidences not related to the normal use of the product or incorrect or abusive handling by the customer or by third parties. For the processing of the guarantee, the consumer may follow the instructions provided by Laken.
