Cap compatible with all LAKEN wide-mouth thermal bottles (CLASSIC, SUMMIT, JANNU).
We manage all orders from Monday to Friday at 11:00 a.m. Estimated shipping time from when it leaves our warehouse:
- Spain (mainland): 1-2 working days (premium delivery) / 3-5 days (standard delivery).
- France: 2-3 working days (premium delivery) / 4-6 days (standard delivery).
- Portugal: 2-3 working days (premium delivery) / 4-6 working days (standard delivery).
- Balearic Islands: 2-3 working days (premium delivery) / 4-6 working days (standard delivery).
We do not ship to other countries or regions.
If you're not happy with your purchase and the product is unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Just send us an email at laken@laken.es and send the product back to our factory in its original condition.
Once we receive it and confirm it's in good condition, we’ll refund the amount (excluding shipping costs). If the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before sending it. For more details, please check our return policy.
