Prices

All prices displayed on www.laken.es include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are not included in product prices and will be automatically calculated during checkout depending on the destination and contents of the order.

The final order amount, including taxes and shipping costs, will always be shown before payment confirmation.

LAKEN reserves the right to modify prices, products, promotions and commercial conditions at any time.

Product availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

In the event that a product becomes partially or completely unavailable after an order is placed, LAKEN will inform the customer as soon as possible and proceed, where appropriate, with a full or partial refund.

Shipping and delivery times

LAKEN ships nationally and internationally to the destinations available on the website at the time of purchase.

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday at 11:00 AM CET. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by high-demand periods, logistics incidents, customs procedures or other external circumstances.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information by email.

Returns and right of withdrawal

Customers may withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of receiving the order.

Returns will only be accepted for unused products in perfect condition.

Once the product has been received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return costs may vary depending on the destination country or shipping area.

LAKEN does not offer direct product exchanges. Any new purchase must be made separately.

Warranty

All products sold through www.laken.es are covered by the legal warranty applicable under current legislation.

In addition, certain products may include additional commercial warranties offered by LAKEN.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

improper use,
normal wear and tear,
impacts,
drops,
incorrect handling,
or uses other than those recommended.
