Need to return an order?

We want you to shop with complete confidence. If, after receiving your order, you decide that the product is not quite what you expected, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns can be requested directly through your customer account, without the need to contact us by email.

Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the next steps.

Returns within Spain

For returns under the right of withdrawal (for example, if you change your mind or no longer need the product), we provide a return shipping label.

The return cost is €5.95, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once we receive the product and confirm that it is unused and in good condition, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Returns from other countries

If your order was delivered outside Spain and you wish to return it under the right of withdrawal, you may do so using the courier of your choice.

In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once the product has been received and inspected, the corresponding refund will be issued.

What if there is a problem with the product?

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or an issue covered by our warranty, we will be happy to help.

Simply send us some photos or videos so that we can assess the situation as quickly as possible.

If a defect is confirmed, LAKEN will cover all costs related to the collection, replacement, or return of the product, regardless of the country from which the order was placed.

Refunds

Refunds are always issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The exact processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, although refunds are usually reflected in your account within a few days after the return has been approved.

Reducing unnecessary returns helps minimize transport, packaging waste, and emissions, making consumption a little more sustainable for everyone.

• Products purchased through www.laken.es must be returned through www.laken.es.

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you can simply place a new order.
