We process all orders Monday through Friday at 11:00 a.m. Estimated shipping time from when it leaves our warehouse:
- Peninsular Spain : 1-4 business days.
- France : 2-5 working days.
- Portugal : 2-5 business days.
- Balearic Islands : 2-5 business days.
We do not ship to other countries or areas.
If you're not happy with your purchase and the product is unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Just email us at laken@laken.es and send the product back to our factory in its original condition.
Once we receive it and verify that it's in good condition, we'll refund your money (excluding shipping costs). If the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before sending it. For more details, please review our return policy.
