Insulated bottles feature double-wall stainless steel with vacuum insulation, keeping drinks hot or cold for hours. Non-insulated bottles are lighter but do not retain temperature.

Wide mouth or narrow mouth?
Wide mouth makes it easy to add ice and clean. Narrow mouth is more comfortable for drinking and improves thermal performance.
Do you have bottles for kids?
Yes. We offer a dedicated kids’ range featuring child-friendly designs, safe materials, and easy-to-use opening systems.
How long does a reusable bottle last?
With proper use and care, a reusable bottle can last for many years. In fact, it's quite common for our customers to replace their bottle because they want a new design, rather than because the original one has worn out.
Materials and safety
Safety is a top priority at LAKEN. We use food-grade materials such as 18/8 stainless steel, high-quality Tritan™, and aluminium with ArmorSafe™ Liner technology—a polyamide inner coating that ensures safe hydration and prevents flavour transfer.
All our products are BPA-free and free from harmful substances, complying with the most demanding European food-contact regulations.
Do LAKEN bottles contain BPA?
No. All products are BPA-free, phthalate-free and safe.
What materials does LAKEN use?
We use food-grade 18/8 stainless steel, high-quality Tritan™, and aluminium with an ArmorSafe™ Liner inner coating. These materials are carefully selected for their durability, safety, and suitability for everyday use.
What is ArmorSafe™ Liner?
ArmorSafe™ Liner is our proprietary polyamide inner coating technology used in aluminium bottles and canteens. It ensures safe, clean hydration with no flavour transfer, while also providing excellent durability and flexibility for everyday use.
Are aluminum bottles safe?
Yes. Thanks to the ArmorSafe™ Liner system, the interior is fully protected and safe for food and beverage contact, ensuring a clean and reliable drinking experience.
What does 18/8 stainless steel mean?
It means the stainless steel contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel. This composition provides excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting performance, making it ideal for everyday use.
Daily use
Our bottles are designed to fit seamlessly into your everyday life, whether you're at the office, at school, hiking in the mountains, or staying active through sports.
Versatile, durable, and suitable for a wide range of beverages, they are built for daily use. To ensure optimal performance, hygiene, and longevity, we recommend following the basic care and cleaning instructions provided with each product.
Can I use it with juice?
Yes, including acidic drinks such as orange or lemon juice. We recommend cleaning the bottle after each use to prevent residue build-up and keep it in the best possible condition.
With milk or smoothies?
Yes, absolutely. However, we recommend cleaning the bottle immediately after use when carrying milk, smoothies, or similar beverages to prevent odours and residue build-up.
With alcohol?
Yes, LAKEN bottles are suitable for alcoholic beverages. As with any drink, we recommend cleaning the bottle thoroughly after use to keep it fresh and in optimal condition.
With very hot liquids?
Only in insulated stainless steel bottles. When carrying very hot liquids, we recommend opening the cap carefully to avoid pressure release or accidental splashes that could cause burns.
Microwave safe?
No. LAKEN bottles are not microwave-safe. Never place any LAKEN bottle in a microwave, regardless of the material, as this may damage the product and create a safety risk.
Freezer safe?
We do not recommend freezing your bottle. When liquids freeze, they expand in volume, which can deform or damage the bottle and affect its performance over time.
Why does my bottle “sweat”?
In single-wall bottles, this is a normal condensation effect. When the liquid inside is cold and the surrounding environment is warm, moisture from the air can condense on the outside of the bottle.
This is completely normal and not a product defect.
Cleaning and maintenance
Proper cleaning helps extend the lifespan of your bottle and maintain its properties. We recommend gentle cleaning methods and avoiding aggressive products or extreme temperatures.
Storing it clean, dry and uncovered helps keep it in perfect condition for years.
How should I clean it?
With warm water and mild detergent. Shake well, rinse thoroughly and let it dry uncovered.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
We recommend hand washing. Unpainted stainless steel may occasionally be dishwasher-safe, but heat may affect caps and coatings.
How do I remove bad odors?
Use diluted vinegar or a solution of warm water with a few drops of bleach. Then wash and rinse well.
Can I disassemble the cap?
Some models allow disassembly for deeper cleaning. We recommend this is done by an adult.
What should I do before first use?
Wash with warm water and mild detergent before first use.

What happens if it gets dented?
In aluminum bottles, the ArmorSafe™ Liner maintains safety thanks to its flexibility. In insulated bottles, a strong impact may affect insulation, but the bottle remains usable.

Can I return a product?
Yes. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal period, provided that the product has not been used and is returned in perfect condition.
Do you handle products bought elsewhere?
We only handle returns and warranty claims for products purchased directly from www.laken.es. If the product was purchased through a marketplace or third-party seller, any return or warranty request must be managed through that platform or seller.
