If you're not happy with your purchase and the product is unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Just send us an email at laken@laken.es and send the product back to our factory in its original condition.

Once we receive it and confirm it's in good condition, we’ll refund the amount (excluding shipping costs). If the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before sending it. For more details, please check our return policy.

Llevaba tiempo utilizando la botella con el tapón roto porque no creía que una marca iba a tener piezas de repuesto hasta que un día me dio por mirar en la página de Laken y lo vi. Muy agradecido con la marca. Totalmente recomendable. Compraré más cosas.
Además me gusta mucho como vienen enviados los productos, en tiempo y forma.
