If you're not happy with your purchase and the product is unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Just send us an email at laken@laken.es and send the product back to our factory in its original condition.

Once we receive it and confirm it's in good condition, we’ll refund the amount (excluding shipping costs). If the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before sending it. For more details, please check our return policy.

Buena botella sin disruptores endocrinos

Buen material, inerte que no suelta partículas al agua. Nada que ver con las botellas plásticas. Además es ligera. Es la 2a vez que compro

Encantada con mi pedido

El paquete llegó muy rápido y bien protegido en su embalaje de cartón. En cuanto a la botella, estoy encantada, el tamaño para una capacidad de 750ml es perfecto, fácil de transportar y me encanta el tapón vintage.
Me parece también que está a un precio muy competitivo y que la marca sea española para mí es un plus.
Es el segundo producto que adquiero de Laken (al termo de 500ml le doy muchísimo uso y me encanta). Todo un acierto.

Compré la Basic steel y la de tapa de bambú. Ambas buenísimas pero creí estar comprando algo fabricado en España y no es así.
