If you're not happy with your purchase and the product is unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Just send us an email at laken@laken.es and send the product back to our factory in its original condition.

Once we receive it and confirm it's in good condition, we’ll refund the amount (excluding shipping costs). If the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before sending it. For more details, please check our return policy.

La mejor botella térmica que he tenido.

La mejor botella térmica que he tenido. Mantiene perfectamente tanto el frío como el calor. Y me encanta el diseño: colores vibrantes. Por último, pero no menos importante, valoro mucho que haya recambios disponibles para sustituir cuando sea necesario. Estoy deseando pedir otra, esta vez para mi peque para el cole!
