A few months ago, in Laken we started the #2019SUPF Movement (to promote a 2019 Single-Use Plastics Free) with the intention of continuing to raise awareness about the need to reduce the consumption of single-use plastic and, above all, to make available to our customers, as far as our possibilities, tools and solutions to carry it out.

As part of this general campaign, a few weeks ago we launched in our website #BacktoSchool promotion, with a 15% discount on all Laken Junior products, to invite parents and students to equip themselves for the new academic year with bottles, thermo flasks, lunch boxes, cutlery... and any other reusable element they may need. Just entering the code VAC#2019SPD, the discount is automatically applied during checkout. The promotion is valid until September 30th.

And now, in response to several inquiries we have received, we are taking a further step towards reducing the consumption of disposable plastic bottles at schools, launching a promotion targeted specifically at Parents’ Associations.

Because we know that, to a large extent, these associations are the "soul" of the school and the engine of change, we offer a very special deal for reusable bottles that, in addition can be sublimated (minimum of 54 units) or silk-screen printed (minimum of 300 units). With these customization possibilities, the bottles can carry the logo of the school, or even the Parents’ Association one, if it has its own. Customization, however, cannot be individualized, student by student, although we are already working on a new bottle model to cover this need as well.
